When you can ask for a refund

If a test series or premium plan is not what you expected, you can ask for a refund when all of these are true:

• You ask within 3 days (72 hours) of buying.
• You have attempted fewer than 3 premium mock tests.
• You have downloaded no more than 5 PDF documents.

How to ask

Contact support with your order number. A refund goes back to the payment method you used within 5 to 7 business days.
